Please find outlined below information we hope will ensure you enjoy your visit to Calcot Spa regardless of whether your life is affected in some way by a medical condition, disability, impairment, or specific learning difficulty.

• There are disabled car parking spaces at the entrance to the Spa.

• There is a concrete ramp outside the main entrance to the Spa.

• The whole of the ground floor is accessible to wheelchairs.

• All corridors and public areas are well lit.

• All doors and corridors are wide enough for wheelchairs/zimmer frames/pushchairs.

• There is a lift to take guests to the first floor.

• A dedicated disabled changing room and toilet facilities are located on the ground floor.

• A pool hoist is available, but there is no ramp access.

• There is level access to sauna and steam room.

• Service dogs (only) are allowed in the Spa.

• Our treatment couches are height adjustable.

• We have a roll in shower/wheelchair access in the changing area, but not in the treatment area.
